Years of research around a successful legacy application and a design thinking approach were the pillars for our process. With the benefit of a captive manufacturer audience we had a bulletproof feedback loop through all phases of testing around usability and durability.
THE WHY
International Market Centers ( Now ANDMORE ) wanted to create a multiple touch point omni-channel experience for it’s exhibitors as well as it’s event attendees. B2B events are seasonal, but for the manufacturers it is year around business. The focus was to extend the physical event connections through digital channels into a cross event relationship.
